InnoHaus was founded by two brothers with one simple goal: to raise the standard of roofing and construction in West Texas. After graduating from Texas Tech University with a background in marketing and business, we saw an opportunity to bring fresh ideas, innovation, and a customer-first approach to an industry that often feels old-fashioned. Though our company is young, we’ve built a team of highly experienced roofing and construction professionals who bring decades of expertise to every project. Together, we blend modern business practices with proven craftsmanship delivering quality work that homeowners and businesses can trust. Being locally owned and family built, we take pride in serving the very communities we grew up in. InnoHaus was founded in 2023 by brothers Juan Gutierrez and Isaac Hinojosa. With a background in marketing and business, we wanted to build a company that mattered not just for us, but for the homeowners and businesses we serve. Coming from families with experience in roofing and construction, we decided to take the leap and bring professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset to an industry where people are often treated like just another sale. Though we’re a young company, we’ve assembled a team with decades of combined expertise:

- Operations Manager: 10 years in restoration and construction
